Earthing
Over the last few years, I have realized just how important it is to stay grounded. Not only within my energy body, but also my physical body. Living in the Pacific Northwest, it is not always easy to go outside, in nature and walk barefoot with my feet touching the ground where I am naturally absorbing Mother Earth's electrons which in turn are allowing my body to restore and maintain its natural health. So, that is where I turn to Earthing® and their products. Whether it be their mattress cover, pillow cover, chair mat or yoga mat, I know I am physically grounded while in the comforts of my own home.
